Employee Benefits

Medical Insurance is provided by Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Employees have the choice of three (3) different plans from which to select: PPO, HMO, or HSA (i.e., a high deductible plan). There are differences within each of the referenced plans that you will want to understand before making a final plan selection. A summary of benefits and premiums is listed below to assist you with this process. Please be reminded that the District will pay 100% of the individual employee premium regardless of the selected plan.

The vision insurance plan will be provided by Guardian with Davis Vision Network. A summary of the benefits and premiums is listed below. The District will pay 100% of the individual employee premium.

The optional dental plan will be provided by Guardian. A summary of benefits and premiums is listed below. There is a choice between a high plan or low plan. The employee will pay 100% of the premium for any dental insurance.

The life insurance plan will be provided by Guardian. A summary of the benefits and premiums is listed below. The District will pay 100% of the individual employee premium. You may purchase additional voluntary life insurance for your spouse and/or dependents.
